I am the CEO and Founder of Gareth Capital Holdings Ltd, based in Kampala, Uganda. With over a decade of experience in the medical equipment industry, We founded the company in 2019 with a mission to provide high-quality, reliable, and affordable medical solutions to healthcare providers across Africa. My focus is on establishing strong international partnerships and ensuring that cutting-edge medical technology is accessible to healthcare institutions in Uganda and beyond.

I oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, streamline operations, and support the seamless integration of our ICT solutions into all aspects of the business. My role is critical in driving innovation, improving productivity, and maintaining the technological backbone that supports our commitment to delivering high-quality medical equipment.

HEAD OF PROCUREMENT & BID OFFICER

As the Head of Procurement and Bid Officer, I am responsible for overseeing the sourcing and acquisition of all medical equipment, ensuring that we secure the best quality products at competitive prices. Managing the procurement process, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Additionally, leading the bidding process, preparing and submitting proposals that align with our strategic objectives while maximizing value for the company. My role is pivotal in supporting operational efficiency and driving cost-effective solutions.

BUSINESS / TAX CONSULTANT

KWIKIRIZA JAMES .K.

As a Business and Tax Consultant, I provide expert advice on financial strategies, tax planning, and business optimization. My role involves helping the company navigate complex tax regulations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial laws. I work closely with the leadership team to develop strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance long-term financial health while minimizing tax liabilities.
